Siouxie's Vet Fees

Siouxie is our dog. She is 9 years old. She is my best friend. As I write, my mental state is a mess - I almost lost my angel tonight. Please excuse me.
On July 6th in the evening, Siouxie was attacked by 5 uncontrolled dogs. They came around the corner, saw her and just went for her. They took huge chunks out of her. Siouxie was absolutely traumatized. She was so shocked that all she could do was yelp. I cannot get her screams out of her head.
Siouxie had only just finished her medication for her auto immune disease she got in October. It's taken her almost a year to recover and now this has happened to her. It's not fair at all. Her insurance skyrocketed due to the steroids she had to take, and it will likely again.
As I am writing, she is staying at an overnight vets. She is being stabilised first and then will be put under to have her wounds washed and stitched.
The dogs who attacked her guard a house and lots of horses. We understand that it is not the dogs fault at all. I can not give information against this to protect them. Please do not comment about them.
I have included some pictures of her wounds. She has puncture wounds all over, and has a gaping gash in her shoulder, another two on her hips, another on her thigh and a tear in her neck. The wound on her neck narrowly missed her artery.
We can't afford to pay all of the vet bills so I am asking for help.
Please could you help save my dog. She's my best friend. We have been through a lot together. This can't be the end of Siouxie.
