Single Father of Three Needs Support

Hey yall. A good friend, a single black father of three children under 8,  who wishes to remain anonymous, is in dire need of our support. He was laid off his job last year after the company he'd been loyal to closed up shop and sold the business with no notice. A series of temp jobs later he's still without regular pay. He was able to secure an apartment in December but without regular income things have been really unstable and he's in need of some extra assistance. Right before Christmas his wife left him with no warning, to raise his three children on his own. One of the temp jobs he was working fired him when he called in sick to take care of his own sick child in late November. A few days of work here and there haven't been enough to provide money for rent, food, childcare, transportation, and his children's needs. We need to raise 945 dollars in the next couple days so he can keep his apartment while he continues to look for work to provide for his children. Please consider pitching in so he can hang on to his kids and get back on his feet. Let's get his new year started off with some community support for someone who urgently needs it. Thank you!
