I have recently gone on a crazy weight loss journey where it was painful to even walk when my good friend decided to start jogging to keep fit (he is hardly the running type). So I decided after losing 85 kilos that I would join him in trying to get fit.
We are now in a position to do a 5k run for charity and if this works we will continue to run further distances for our chosen charities.
