Sick Puppy with Broncho Pneumonia

My name is Blackie and I was adopted from the Animal Shelter on Friday, April 26. I’m a 9 month old dachshund long hair mix.
Four days later my adoption, I went to the vet because I was feeling a little under the weather. They sent me home with some medication which I wasn’t really responding to, so two days later, I had to go back since things were quickly getting worse. I was getting tired to walk, felt nauseated, coughed a lot and felt lethargic. Unfortunately, I was diagnosed with Broncho Pneumonia which is believed to have come from getting kennel cough at the animal shelter.
For now, they’ve got me on some new medications but they’ve been hard to keep down because I’ve lost my appetite for the last two days. The vet suggested that I stay hospitalized for five days under supervision because of how severe the Pneumonia is.
I will need the donation as soon as possible for the care of my Pneumonia. These funds will be used for hospitalization and medication for the time at the hospital. In their care, I’ll receive much needed IV fluids, blood tests, nebulization and more. My family cares alot about my well being and they’re really worried about me.
