Rent, Bills, and Baby

We are a family of four that recently found out we are about to be a family of five. We are also a family that was living paycheck to paycheck that fell behind due to some unforseen medical expenses (surprise baby that even birth control couldn't stop). We are on the verge of losing our home (rental) and having our water shut off. Our other bills have also fallen a bit behind, but not nearly as bad as our rent and water situation. We are finally to a point that we have to reach out and ask others for help, or we are going to wind up in some serious trouble. We are only asking for enough to bring our bills back to current and to cover the little bit qe are short on rent. Asking this of any of you is extremely hard for us to do thanks to shame being something we try to avoid, and we are beyond ashamed to be asking for help.
