Domestic victim with 3kids in need

Single mother of 3 in need of help getting back on feet after domestic violence.

 While out of town visiting family my ex and I got into a argument where he ended up stealing my $11,000 car that I worked so hard to buy (has no insurance due to lack of funds) and stranded our children and I over 2 hrs away from home with no way to get back. He took my car from Wisconsin and somehow ended up in Minneapolis Minnesota. Where he was arrested 4 days later. My car was retrieved on November 5th with someone else driving! My ex had now been in jail for over 2 weeks, so the police and II aren't sure if he sold it to them for drugs or simply gave it away. My car has $10,880 worth of damage and is totaled. 
I recently found out that my ex has some serious mental health issues where drugs, traumatic events, and stressful situations cause induced skitzophrenea. I didn't know he had something so serious, but he had this under control very well and he was doing everything he needed until a old back injury came back (where the doctors put him on narcotics) and our daughter who was 3 weeks old at the time had a seizure and quit breathing. On top of the stress of almost loosing our daughter and the medications he was on l, he started having episodes that led to where we all are now. By the time we knew his health was slipping he was already to far out of control of it. Feels like in the blink of a eye all our lives were broken and changed forever. While I hope and pray he gets the help he needs, I cannot sit by and let my children and I be subjected to the downfall of his episodes. From my understanding this is something he will battle with forever. Right now I have to focus on my children and what is best for them. 

When my car was stolen I had all my money in it also, because we were looking into moving back to where we were at the time.  I lost over $1,300 which was to pay rent and bills for October. With that being stolen too I wasn't able to pay rent and was told to move out. Right now my 3 children and I are in temporary house. We are only able to stay here for short time, so are still having to find something more permanent.
My oldest son has mental health issues and has to go to his doctors and other community programs he works with at least 2 times a week. I haven't been able to keep up with it all due to no way to get him there. While everything else is suffering I can't take his mental health getting worse again. He's worked very hard to overcome some of them. 
I do have a couple amazing people that help us get around as much as they can, but they also work and can't always get places that we need to.
 I dont have much income really except the child support I receive for my oldest, and it isn't enough alone to keep us afloat. diapers run us around $80 a month. This is not what my kids deserve and so I am asking for any help anyone can spare. 

I have tried a lot of the local programs and shelters around our area, but with the holidays there is not much for funds and help right now. They have all been as helpful as can possibly be and so supportive. All that matters right now is having a safe car for my children to ride in, and a roof over our heads to call our own again! My children have lost all normalcy on top of loosing their father. I want nothing more then them to have some sort of their normalcy regained.
