Let's get Ana's Food Cart Back!

Donation protected
My name is Erin and here I am,  sitting here and enjoying one of Ana's amazing chorizo burritos. My husband has been raving about Ana's wonderful food for some time now. I was very upset when I heard the circumstances of her business closure. Nothing like that should happen to such a wonderful person. I'm incredibly glad she's back in business at the 76 Station on Evergreen Way. However, Ana needs her cart back. Due to circumstances beyond her control, she lost her sole means of income. Because of the amazing generosity of the station owner, she's back and I know we all love that! But it limits what she can do, menu wise, and I think she needs her digs back so she can fly!

I think we, her loyal customers, are the best people to help her out. To tell her how much we appreciate her and the wonderful food she has served us. Let's show her what our community can do and get her back on the road to success.

After doing some research it would cost approximately $40k to purchase the trailer and have it outfitted with proper appliances, permits, and inspections. Anything left over can go into her operating costs as a buffer during lean times.  There's no time limit on this project as Ana is doing ok where she is, but obviously the sooner we can get this up and running the better.

I'm all about helping out the people in our community who work hard and keep pushing forward. She easily could have given up, but she didn't. I know we're all grateful for that energy and drive. So let's show her how proud of her we are.

Thank you for reading this and thank you for you help!
