We are heartbroken over the sudden loss of Shay Seed Lowney. 

Shay, 47, passed away on August 29, 2018, from complications from a recent illness, leaving heartbreak and devastation for her loved ones and community. She was a single mother of three beautiful children Parker (15), Thatcher (13), and Channing (11) in Homer, Alaska- where their community embraced and supported them all. She was Chief Financial Director of a nonprofit women’s shelter and avid volunteer. She was smart, funny and lovable...she loved her life, her children and her family more than anything! 

This fund is a tribute to Shay and all she has done to contribute and care for others. Channing, Parker and Thatcher will need your support and strength.  The family has a long road ahead, spiritually and financially. Your contributions will go to an educational fund for the children and are greatly appreciated.

RIP dear sweet one - you were loved and will be deeply missed.
