Shawn Carren, Boy Scout Eagle Project

I am excited to announce that I was approved for my Eagle Scout project. My project is to build and place an Info/lost and found Kiosk on the Silver Comet Trail, at the Floyd Rd trailhead. I have been working with Cobb County Parks and Rec to get the details worked out for the build. The Kiosk will benefit those utilizing the Silver Comet Trail (SCT) by providing event info within Cobb County and on the SCT.  The Kiosk will also  be a lost and found location point.  One of the requirements of the Project is to raise the money needed to build the kiosk.  The cost of building the Kiosk is roughly $750.
