Sharon Dyer Surgery

I had a car accident in December of 2015. I had surgery at the time of my accident and I have a metal plate and screws in my right hip. However I'm still unable to walk and I need an additional surgery. As a result of my accident I lost my job and insurance. I'm still under doctor's care but I can't afford even to go to the doctor because I have no funds. I'm dependent on either using crutches or Walker to assist me getting around therefore I can't find a job to help pay for this. The funding that I'm asking for is just a partial pay co-payment of what the surgery actually cost. My goal is to have this full hip replacement surgery so that I'm able to go back to work and provide for myself.
