His smile. That is what everyone thinks of when they hear the name Caleb Smith, his infectious smile and his exuberant happy nature. His larger than life personality was a light that illuminated any room. He had a passion for singing and acting and he often stole the stage in his high school theater productions.
Caleb will always be remembered throughout the community for his friendly, happy, outgoing personality. He had a ridiculously large, encouraging heart and was known as a friend to all. It was always so important to Caleb that everyone around him was comfortable, happy, and felt like they belonged, something that seems to carry throughout his whole amazing family.
If you know Caleb’s family you know where his beautiful, caring heart stems from. His sweet family is also well known throughout the community, with their giving and tender hearts. They are often first responders to friends, family, and even strangers in times of need. Something that is even made evident by his parent’s passions, his father is a teacher and his sweet mama, a nurse. But it is their family that has always been their highest priority and their greatest treasure.
Caleb’s passing has friends, family, and loved ones, as well as the community, aching at the tremendous loss of this sweet young man. With so many Friends and loved ones impacted, left asking how they can help or give back to the Smith family during such a difficult time, this fundraiser was created to help ease some of the financial burdens that they are currently facing, as well as any costs or needs that may arise for the family over the upcoming months. Anything you can give is very much appreciated.
Funeral Services will be held Saturday, January 19, 2019, 2:00 p.m., in the Chapel at 945 West 2000 North, Orem. Visitations at the church will be Friday, January 18, 2019, 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. and prior to services Saturday, January 19, 2019, 12:30 – 1:30 p.m. Interment will be in Orem City Cemetery, 1520 North 800 East, Orem.
