Shane's travel for Treatment

So in November we found out Shane was diagnosed with kidney cancer and 2 hernias, prior that he had a knee injury which called for surgery,due to that he was not able to work,a few weeks after surgery he got a blood clot in his leg , he was prescribe Eliquis. December 6th the company I been working at for 4 years sold their business to another company leaving myself and 8 other unemployed. So now Shane has to have 3 diff surgeries which are all to be done 2 hours away from where we live, one surgery for his hernias one to place a glove like instrument to keep clot blood clot from traveling and then the surgery to have his kidney removed, plus the back and forth for blood work and test, So being that I'm only getting unemployment and hes not able to work. He has applied for disability but the hoops and jumps threw them are taking longer then expected and yet to be approved. I have been so stressed and scared and at the same time trying to be possitive and strong so he dont have to stress anymore then he has to. I have been someone who never likes to or ask for anything but when it comes to helping a loved one I so truly care about, I will do whatever it takes to get him to his treatment and surgeries so down the road in the future we can pay it forward.
