Sgt. Mike Andrews medical expenses

Hello everyone!  My name is Fred Geiger and I have worked with Mike on the Massahusetts State Police for the last 17 years.  We both live in Western Massachusetts.

Massachusetts State Police Sergeant Michael Andrews has recently been diagnosed with Adenocarcinoma and Liver cancer.  Mike is extremely ill and is unable to work due to his sickness.  He is being moved from Baystate Medical center in Springfield to Dana-Farber Cancer Institute in Boston for treatment.  All donations will cover unreimbursed medical and travel expenses for his wife, daughter and extended family.  Unfortunately the hospital that Mike will be going to is over 100 miles from his families residence.  Doctors say that he will not be returning home for a prolonged period of time.  This will result in vast amounts of uncovered expenditures (Gas, Tolls, meals, housing and uncovered medical deductibles).  Temporarily Mike is unable to work, it adds greatly to his families financial burden.
