Support Sgt. Hugh Barry

The SBA has established a GoFundMe account to help offset expenses incurred by Sgt. Hugh Barry of the 43 Precinct, who was outrageously charged with murder in the shooting death of an emotionally disturbed woman who attacked him with a baseball bat in October 2016. 

 Since his arrest on May 31, 2017, Sgt. Barry, who is married, has been suspended without pay as he faces these politically-motivated charges. While the SBA will vigorously defend Sgt. Barry in court, the GoFundMe account has been established to assist him with his ordinary living expenses. 

 Please keep Sgt. Barry in your thoughts and prayers and provide whatever assistance you can to a fellow officer in his time of great need.
