Hurricane Harvey Destruction

My name is Pete Caringi III from Baltimore, MD and before I get started here I just want to say I went back and forth making this page. I felt weird making this but I need to do something. I know this hurricane in Houston has hurt so many people directly or indirectly but this is the first natural disaster that I have had a part in. No I am living in Maryland where this is not happening but my sister and her family are in the heart of this hurricane. The picture shown in this is her house today. The inside is flooded and everything in it is ruined and this rain will not end until later this week. This has been a very hard time for our family and this will not go away once the hurricane passes. I know that everything my sister and her family owns is gone or damaged and it will take a lot of resources and time to fix. I need to help her and her family in any way and this is one way I will try. I do not like asking for money for me or anyone, but I feel desperate to help her since this will be such a hard time. I put a initial goal in for $10,000 but honestly don't even know what it should have been. I am asking for any donation big or small to help my sister and her family in Houston get passed the destruction and get back to normalcy. The funds for this page will go towards replacing and repairing valuables that are ruined such as their houses, cars, clothes, food, furniture, and other belongings. If you could spread this page around to whoever it would be fantastic because any donation or help would be amazing.
