Derek Johnson  NACOGDOCHES, TX
Opportunity to Support Stephen F. Austin University Student Veteran’s!

Fundraiser Finale is  Friday, March 31st, 8 PM at Lugnutz in Nacogdoches, Texas,  with benefit concert!

Prize and Giant Plaque will be presented at concert to the Top Contributor (Yes, Giant! You want on your wall)!

Brought to you by Stephen F. Austin University Student Veteran Derek Johnson. He had a vision to create an Annual Concert to raise funds for the Lumberjack Veteran Organization's yearly endeavors - while highlighting their service to the SFA campus and community (serving beyond their service) as well as paying tribute to all East Texas Veteran's. Derek is a new Country Artist by Phil O'Donnell. Also produced: Craig Morgan, Chris Janson, Tyler Farr, Justin McBride, and more. Has Number One hits "Give It All We Got Tonight" by George Strait, "Doin What She Likes" by Blake Shelton, top 10 "Already Callin' You Mine" by Parmalee, and several other hits by Easton Corbin, Joe Diffie, Clay Walker and more. Derek's song "Real Cool Kinda Hot" is one of the hottest growing and top played tunes on Spotify. Opening the show is upcoming Texas artist Aaron Sevener and SFA Dentistry student and upcoming Texas artist Joey Greer.  Watch Derek's interview on East Texas Matters News/KETK TV (aired March 9th) on their site.

Our goal and mission is to put a portion of the "Fill Our Canteen" funds towards our 2017 Lumberjack Veteran events plus our annual trip to Austin in September for the "Silkie March" to raise awareness for Veteran Suicide. The other portion will be put towards our SFA Veteran rising star! He is releasing his Official Radio Single to National and Texas Charts this summer. We all will be a part of his launching and watch him as he makes Nacogdoches, SFA, and our Lumberjack Veteran's proud! As his artistry grows, he will be setting up a Scholarship Fund for future SFA Student Veterans as well as being a key contributor for our Lumberjack Veteran's Organization.  The state funds are miniscule compared to other organizations. His contribution will allow us to focus on our yearly endeavors, our Philanthropy  (Veteran Suicide Awarness), and our growth in our wellness and health to our comrades, community, state , world and all Veteran’s. Your support helps us, help him - help us!

SFA Greek Organizations are in a friendly competition to raise the most funds. The winning organization will receive a prize and giant plaque! Businesses and individuals are also in a competition; the Top Contributor wins a prize and giant plaque! We will total up funds at concert to award the Top Contributors! You do NOT have to live in Texas to participate. Contributions can also be made to a representative or at the concert. Prizes have been donated by Tractor Supply  and local downtown boutique’s: Macy May's and Twigs and Tin.

We are asking for your support! Share with all of your friends, colleagues, family and Veteran’s! Share on Facebook, Snapchat, Instagram, text messages, email everyone in your contact list!

Donate to "Fill Our Canteen!" and also get the word out about the concert!

All Veteran’s will be honored – come salute their service with us!

THANK YOU FOR YOUR SUPPORT!
