Serving the Faces of Cleveland

Carmella Rose Health Foundation is a non-profit 501(C) (3) organization who serves the under served and often invisible populations in the Greater Cleveland area. We meet our clients where they live, eat and pray at homeless shelters, pantries and community drop-in centers. We identify health related and social service needs and provide intensive community navigation to help those at high risk.....one client at a time.  Your donation will help us continue providing one on one wraparound navigation services to the under served.
