Service Dog for Shannie

For 16 years, my beautiful daughter Shannie has been battling a debilitating airway defect. After being told by her medical team at the Medical University of South Carolina that her condition was life - threatening, I searched the country for a second opinion and God allowed Cincinnati children's hospital to agree to see her.
Her insurance company denied medically necessary treatments, procedures, and out of state hospital approvals. This resulted in us boycotting and rallying against her health insurance company, selling everything we owned, and being victims of cyber bullying. Our efforts resulted in a huge win against her health insurance company and she was able to go to CCH.
2016 she had the surgery that saved her life! God healed her airway in the shape of a heart. But in 2017, all of the growths came back in her airway and we are back to having to hear those same dreadful words, "there's nothing else we can do for her!"
As I search the country again for another opinion, I can no longer allow my daughter to suffer.
She has Laryngomalacia, Tracheaomalacia, and bronchomalacia; airway defects that cause her to suffocate at any time during the day and especially at night!
There isn't a device that could alert us if she's having an episode. Her medical team reccommend a Service Dog, but her insurance won't cover.
Please help Shannie raise the money to get a service dog. This dog could help us keep her alive long enough to find another surgeon to do the surgery.
There are a lot of things that Shannie would love to do that we can't afford that most people take for granted like riding a bike. She has downs syndrome and is severely medically complex (two open heart surgeries - one with a device implanted) and limits her ability to ride a traditional bike.
