In June 2016 my husband told his doctor he had started to loose his balance thinking it was from a medication he was taking. He also explain he could not feel cold or hot to the touch of his left leg. July she ordered a MRI. He was told he had a spot in his spine at T5 level. He was reffered to a nurologist. He was told he had Transverse Mylitis.. At the end of July he was walking with a cane. In August he had to use a 4-way walker. September he could not walk at all. All of his lower extremeties from his waist down had no feeling. October he had IV Plasma. No result to start him back to walking. November he had a Plasma Exchange., hoping to clear out whatever making his inside fight against each other. So far we still praying this will work. Doctors think his recovery may take a while. Now we need a handicap van soon as today. We have to travel 200 hundred miles round trip to see a specialist to continue his healing.
