Help ship RARE Bears to Rare Kids

We, RARE Science, Inc., a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, urgently needs your help in finding cures for kids with rare disease. There are millions of children with rare disease of which 30% do not celebrate their 5th birthday. Our programs drive earlier diagnosis and creation of patient communities that are needed to understand the disease and find cures.
Our special RARE Bear Program drives rare disease awareness and builds world-wide patient communities. Every single child offers a key of information and helps bring us one step closer to therapeutic solutions. We want to find every child and let them know that through receiving a special RARE Bear that they are part of a larger and united global effort to find a cure. The RARE Bear Program is made up of 600 RARE Bear Makers (growing every day) around the world. This RARE Bear Army of support spans 9 countries and 45 states in the US! These dedicated volunteers sew each bear, and mail them to us unstuffed. At our headquarters, we have more volunteers that fill the bears with soft stuffing, sew the seams shut, and then pack and ship the bears to children with rare diseases around the world to unite these patient communities! We send each of the amazing RARE Bear makers a picture of the child with their gifted bear that they made back to the maker. Seeing their lovingly made RARE Bear in the arms of a child further builds support showing that united through our program we can change the life of a child!

We have had such a demand from our community of kids with rare disease, we need your help! Please help us cover mailing costs to send these bears to their new homes. We have hundreds of rare kids waiting to meet their chosen RARE Bear. Anything that you can donate will help us meet our goal.
