The Cellar Dwellarzz Jazz Ensemble is a community based group that is dedicated to the practice and performance of jazz music. The Dwellarzz have been serving the Hazleton community, and surrounding areas, since September 2016. We pride ourselves on providing quality jazz music to our community and spreading the love of jazz to everyone!
The Dwellarzz have been invited to represent Pennsylvania Music Educators Association (District 9) at the Music in Our Schools Month celebration at the Pennsylvania State Capitol's East Wing on March 29th, 2019! Our recent trip to the White House in December was the trip of a lifetime, however it significantly decreased our funds that we would have used to defray the cost of bussing for our students.
We are asking for donations (great or small) to help in our upcoming trip to Harrisburg. All donations will go towards the purchase of a Charter bus to get our students to the East Wing. A Charter bus will aid our students and parents greatly, due to the large quantity of instruments and sound equipment necessary for each performance. Any amount would be greatly appreciated!
