Send Ky to Spain for the Indigo Design Awards

Hello! My name is Kyrian Batiste. I am a graduating senior at Howard University (shout out to Class of 2019!).

I recently won my first design award from the international group, Indigo Design Awards in a professional category for Magazine & Newspaper Design. This is a huge achievement for me as I'm a student who was able to compete and win in a category of established design professionals from around the world.

The awards ceremony is will be at Museo Picasso Malaga (the Museum of Picasso), in Malaga, Spain on May 23, 2019. 

I'm creating this gofundme so that I can pay for my round trip travel expenses from Washington, D.C. to Malaga, Spain and my hotel accommodations. I will need to have all of my travel, accommodations, and plans secured by May 10, 2019, so I need your help!

It would be a dream and an honor to be able to go commemorate this achievement by attending the ceremony in Spain just 10 days after my college graduation. I will be able to network with international industry leaders and jumpstart my career in the design industry,
