Science education is about WAY more than reading information about other scientists observations and discoveries. It's about becoming an active participant and observer of your world. It's about developing questions, getting your hands involved, and finding answers!

This is what I want my 8th grade scientists to do!

I want them to investigate their questions with high quality, cutting edge tools that excite the imagination and drive curiosity. Ultimately, I want to see my students DESIGN the solutions for the problems in their world. This is the way to ignite the inventors, engineers, and scientists of tomorrow.

Our classroom ecosystem is changing. No longer do we read and learn chapter by chapter. Now, we bring real world tools into the classroom as we explore challenges outside the classroom.

Help me to empower my students to dive deeper into their investigations by creating 3D doodles of their engineering designs. Using the 3D Doodler pen will add so many new layers to our learning.
