Secure Andy Olsen's Kids Future

Hi everyone. My name is Mike MacKinnon and i worked with Andy at Arizona Heart Anesthesia for a number of years here in Arizona. 

Andy was a hard working family man who intensely loved his kids. He was a friend and co-worker to many and his loss will be felt by the anestheisa community. 

Andys primary concern was providing for his children after he was gone.  To that end we are collecting money here to then be placed in a 529 in his children's names as an endowment for their future education.
