Celebrating the life of Seb Trezise

Seb Trezise sadly passed away on 13th June 2018 following an out of the blue Seizure and a cardiac arrest.
Seb spent a number of years working in the charity sector at Enable Me. He has also volunteered on various trustee boards and committees over the years. In Seb's honour we have chosen to make donations to three charities.
1st- Rockinghorse Children's Charity. Rockinghorse is the official fundraising arm of The Royal Alexandra Children's Hospital (The Alex) in Brighton. Seb was born at The Royal Sussex County Hospital in 1985, he had Spina Bifida and needed an operation straight away. At just a few hours old he was transferred to The Alex for surgery. Seb spent his first 5 weeks in hospital and had various outpatients appointments at The Alex throughout his childhood.
In February 2018 Hollie, Sebs wife (that's me!) started working for Rockinghorse. Seeing how happy I am there and how passionate I feel about this charity would without doubt mean Seb would be glad to support them.
2nd - The LNC at Angmering School. The LNC makes it possible for Angmering school to support young people with disabilities and to be inclusive in all areas. Seb attended Angmering and it was here that he was encouraged to get involved in sports. Seb loved sports and was a discus thrower with the British Wheelchair Athletics Association until recently. Seb often returned to Angmering to help run activities clubs as well as in his work as a Youth Support Worker.
3rd- Reaching Families. Seb was Chair of Trustees at this charity, they exist to empower, care for and inform parents and families of children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities in West Sussex.
Splitting money three ways is tricky via an online platform, so money donated here will come to Hollie initially and will then be donated to the charities directly.
