Sean is a 23 year old young man and father to 3 beautiful children. He is engaged to the love of his life and the mother of his children, Tondra.

At the tender age of one, doctors discovered he had primary pulmonary hypertension. Having never seen this in a child so young they told his parents to prepare for his death by the time he turned two.
Sean is here, 22 years later, to not only prove doctors wrong but to raise and watch his children grow up and to live his life as fully as possible. In order to do this he is seeking to be put on the nationwide transplant list. He has completed all necessary medical testing at this point at the Cleveland Clinic in Cleveland, Ohio. With just a handful of things left to be approved for the transplant registry, the biggest obstacle to meet is to have a minimum of $25,000 set aside. This money needs to be set aside to care for the family as he will be hospitalized for several weeks. There is the great possibility that he will need to pay out of pocket for a medical plane to transport him to Cleveland in the event they get viable organs that suit Sean's needs. He will also need medications and care that insurance will not pay for. As well as many after care visits to the clinic, sometimes weekly, either getting to those appointments by driving from home or they may be required to live within a hour radius of the clinic for up to 6 months.
As you can imagine, it is impossible for Sean to work due to severe physical limitations. Most activities tire him within minutes due to decreased pulmonary functions. At this time, Tondra is off work as she has just given birth to their new daughter. Prior to going off work she was working 2 jobs to provide for their little family.
They have taken several trips to the Cleveland Clinic over the past 9 months in order to complete all the required testing. Two of those trips have been week long stays. This has taken its toll on them financially. Yet they continue to persevere.
We are reaching out to all of you for a hand in raising the money needed to continue on this journey.
Thank you for taking the time to read his story.
