Mike's New Lungs

Hello everyone! This is Cyril Johnson a us navy veteran Rank Lssn, age 33 years of age he is a devoted father of three Liam age 6 twins Jagger and Bella age 7 months . He is also a step father to Jadyn age 9 Julian age 7 and Jazzy who is 2. Cyril a.k.a Mike was diagnosed In 2014 with PAH which is pulmonary arterial hypertension-meaning high blood pressure within the lungs medicine was seeming to help the issue at this point , then in 2015 his brother was starting to get same symptoms of this condition and dr order testing comes back Mike has PVOD which is one of most rare forms of this disease almost 200 people out of a million have it. PVOD is pulmonary veno occlusive disease- meaning blood is not pumping to his lungs his heart is working so hard that its literally making his heart go into failure. We moved to Tampa 3 months ago when Mike's condition started to become worse and transplant was a option after another medicine was given by trial nd error. Mike and I left everything in NY most of my family and support system we took the risk to come down to one of the top transplants hospitals in the United states under the amazing care of Dr.Patel and his team Dr. Rumbak. With this huge move our income and expense rate has become high. We are seeking donations because Medicare is covering the surgery the 7,000 is the patient portion of the cost. Meaning the co-pay expenses, medication expenses and after care expenses. We have to prove to these doctors we can care for this gift. It's not a free ride what so ever. Anything at this point to save Mike. Doctor will not add him to the list till this share is being completed. We moved here for this he is hooked up to a machine called ECMO this machine is only supposed to be used for 10 days . Mike has reached the 10th day , time is a factor the sooner we can get listed the sooner the transplant . God bless everyone
