Help adam get a wheel chair carrier

Adam is needing a new wheel chair carrier for our vehicle so we can take him and his chair places. Adam has limited use of his right side and is in a wheel chair medicare and medicaid do not cover this cost in any way. Any help would be greatly appreciated. There are cheaper units but those are also made with aluminum  instead of steel. This fund will cover the cost of the lift and a rain cover . Thanks so much for your help
