Scott Hunter has given most of his life traveling the world sharing the love of God and salvation to people. Scott & his wife Eliza are the founders of Compassion,  Fire, and Glory Ministries.  He is also the assistant Pastor at Spoken Word Outreach Ministry in Lobeco (Beaufort), SC.  In June, a group of us traveled to Kenya where thousands received salvation.   After we returned home Scott became very ill.   He was diagnosed with malaria. He was admitted to MUSC and less than 24 hours later he was placed on a ventilator.  The CDC sent an experimental drug to rid his body of the malaria.   His organs began to shut down and he was placed on continuous dialysis.   The doctors then diagnosed Scott with cerebral malaria which is the rarest but most deadly form.    The medical team gave us little hope but not only Scott’s family and friends but people that he has ministered to all over the world began praying for him.   10 days later Scott woke up and the ventilator was removed.   He remained on the dialysis for a few more days but God restored his kidneys back to Normal function.   Scott is a MIRACLE and we give God all the glory for the miraculous healing.  Even the medical teams have been amazed.    As anyone can imagine the medical expenses for this type of care are astronomical.   We are asking you give as you are led to give to help with the medical expenses and the expenses the family has incurred traveling back and forth to Beaufort.
