Supplies for Sahara School, Permaculture in Madrid

Hello All, 
Happy 2020, I hope you are off to a great start. 
Fran and I will be participating in the Panda Trophy Rally this year. 
It is a different event and much more challenging as there al only about a quarter of the participants. 
Last year we achieved a finishing position of 46 from a total of 500 cars, so not bad. Although it will be hard to maintain such a high position as last year, but we will try our best. 
As last year, we are reaching out for sponsors who can help us achieve this adventure. 
Our solidarity project has changed a bit as we have most of the expenses already covered. We are looking to raise the same amount as last year or even better with a few new sponsors who mentioned during the Buenos Aires event they would like to be involved.

With the support of all these people we raised 8.500€.
These were used to put our first initiative into place to help the local school in Tisserdimine in the North Sahara. 

We delivered a full Fiat panda worth of help to this school and this year they requested only a couple of printers.

So with this in mind we are looking to raise the same amount or better, the funds will be used to get these printers and a years worth of ink cartridges to the school and we will start a second initiative. 

For the new project we wanted to help children close to home to understand nature first hand, their food and sustainability, for this reason we have decided to raise money to purchase a small agricultural lot close to Madrid, where we will setup a permaculture and ecological/sustainable garden. The idea is to prepare the space and have it open for local schools and friends to visit and learn a bit more about ecological farming , permaculture, food forests and in general to understand better what they can change to help themselves and the planet. The space will also be available to local people who would like to experiment with permaculture but do not have access to land. 

We do however need you to be fast with the donations this year. We will be starting on Feb the 14th and will need to close sponsorships on time to print sponsors logos and rebrand the car.

Same as last year we are open to any amount you can donate or sponsor as every little counts, for sponsors who want to go the extra mile and have their logo featured, we are looking for donations of 250, 500 or 1000 Euro, you get a different size logo on the car  depending on your sponsorship amounts the biggest sponsors last year also got their logo on our team jackets. For the rest of donations you get your name on our name board on the rear windscreen.


At the end of the event we will make the content available and we are happy that you use any of it for your stories on social media.

Hello,    I have decided to use the action of the Spanish Panda Raid to organize an adventure to South Morroco where I will travel to push my limits as a driver as well as use the opportunity to take supplies for 2 schools in areas where they have very little support from the Morrocan Government.  The children that come to these schools are way below the poverty line and the teachers are trying really hard to teach them. The main difficulty is the lack of support from their government. These children come from recently settled nomad communities so this adds another layer of difficulty to their education. We will be using the raised money to get basic school supplies to these schools, pencils, paper, folders, erasers, binders, rulers etc.. I will be traveling in a customized fiat panda 1000 from 1999, this is the first year I am participating, but I intend to make this a tradition and return time and time again with help for these communities.   We are grateful for any size donation and still have some spots for sponsors who wish to have a logo on the car.  This campaign is devised to be a yearly adventure in which over time we will help these local communities with education, water, energy and whatever needs they have.  The schools are based around Merzouga, specifically, in  Tisserdmine and  Taouz. So, go ahead and support me in this project as I know that with your help we can make a difference.
