Scammed By A Fake Corporate Photoshoot

I am a 20 yr old photographer whom is now the victim of fraud . Just last week I went on Facebook and also Instagram to announce that I had reportedly inked a photoshoot deal with the brand known as Asics , this was a big deal to me because I had never been offered to work with the likes of a company with so much outreach to a wide range of people like Asics so I was pretty hyped up , these guys offered me $7000 for the shoot with a deposit of $500 , I sent my contact over to a few people I know whom has been doing photography
for big named places for years so that they could possibly point out some red flags (if any) . But everything seemed legit to the people I sent this contact too . So I then proceeded the sign the contract give them the information they needed such as home address , zip code etc. normal stuff . In the contract it also was written that they would be sending MORE THAN $500 so that I could send some money over to someone else who was " a set stylist / wardrobe specialist " I started to second guess this whole deal once this part crossed my mind but I was so happy and hyped up that I ignored this what I now know was a "Red Flag" so I sent over the $2,500 that they requested and they told me to keep my $500 out of the $3000 they sent .....so this all happened December 2nd......its is now December 5th and I have been left with $-2,937 in my account due to the bank finding out that the check was fraudulent....I also wanna say this to anybody whom gets a "Deal" in the future man PLEASE have someone who is certified to look over your contracts or anything of that sort...I can tell you right now that I'm beyond hurt and broken about this situation because I would never in a million years thought that i would be a victim of a scam , especially knowing that people know how kind and respectful i am as a human being so please if anything....let this be a warning to anybody whom is trying to chase thier dreams or even do big things....
