Saving Nicks

My name is James Byers, I am looking to save this building and open a restaurant/hotel reminiscent of the former Nicks Tavern. Nicks Tavern operated from 1934 to 1975. The tavern quickly became famous for turtle soup and Greek style hot dogs. It was well known for its friendly atmosphere, and many in the community recall meeting with family and friends for a good time and a delicious meal. Many veterans would gather around the bar to share their experiences with fellow brothers and sisters in arms.        I am raising funds to save the building and bring back turtle soup for all generations to experience and enjoy. The building needs extensive work and this will help me get the project off the ground. For everyone that donates, they will receive something in return. For fifty dollars to one hundred and ninety nine dollars they will receive a stamped copper name tag on the wall inside the tavern. For those that donate two hundred dollars and up, they will receive a brick with the name of the individual or business that donates. Bricks will be located at the entrance to the tavern. Together we can bring back this piece of history to Cambridge Springs Pennsylvania. Thank you.
