We are Ros FM community radio, a volunteer run organisation in Roscommon. We are the only community based radio station in the country with a disability ethos, giving us a unique oppurtunity to train and work with individuals with disabilities and special needs.

Due to unfortunate circumstances we have lost our funding and we are now struggling to maintain the station. 

Currently the station is run completely by volunteers.

Funding is needed for:

-Maintenence and repairing of equipment
-Maintaining of our training capabilities
-General running costs of the station
-Investing in an portable broadcasting unit so that we can interact with the community.

We were winners of the 02 Ability award in 2008 for our work with people with disabilities.
