Sad and unfortunate that nobody will be able to enjoy our five star ropes course and ziplines ever again. The owner of Radical lines has finally decided to officially close after a long battle with Norfolk County's planning and building department. 6 submissions and THOUSANDS and THOUSANDS of dollars later the county has effectively shaken the change out of his pockets. Its amazing that the TOP rated tripadvisor activity in Port Dover and one of the highest ranking in norfolk county doesn't receive support from the county it operates in... Shady politics are at play here and it doesn't take a genius to figure that out.
We met their demands but they always found a new requirement that would keep us from operating. The list didn't end. They bled our bank account dry.
Excessive imposition. Over-regulation. Studies. Assessments. Permits. Six years and $100 k and still no resolution. Incompetence. No Accountability. Poor conduct. Fail to address questions and concerns. Fail to act on Ombudsman's recommendations. Radical Lines last resort - LEGAL ACTION
