Save Linga CDSS

Linga Community Day Secondary School serves vulnerable youths in Malawi, one of the poorest countries in the world. A storm destroyed the roofs on two buildings and now the students are forced to learn exposed to the elements. It is our goal to rebuild this roof.

This is the second school we are trying to help, the first school is now flourishing with a computer lab, beds matresses and mosquito nets. Computer studies are critical for students moving on to university.  After we fix the roof we will build a computer lab.

With local assistance I have developed a detailed budget. This project will cost $5,334, the largest expense is 20 computers which will cost $132 each, next the roofing will cost $1,105, furniture, electrical fixings and security bars constitute the remainder of our budget.
