Indigenous communities all over the Americas are working to keep their cultures alive.
Our nonprofit organization, Indigenous Cultures Institute, is at the forefront striving to save the culture of Native Americans indigenous to Texas.
We need your help for 3 important goals!
100% of the donations will assist in these 3 goals, completely organized and initiatied by ICI.
1. 2017 Sacred Springs Powwow – Educate About Native Heritage. Providing an annual powwow festival that highlights the beauty and value of Native American culture. Details on our site: Give to the Sacred Springs Powwow.
2. Give Children Their Identity – The Indigenous Arts Summer Camp teaches youth about their indigenous heritage, using the arts as a powerful vehicle to restore their Native American identity. Details on our site: Help the Youth Programs.
3. Rebury The Ancestors – Preserving the sacred heritage of the ancestors by reburying over 3,500 ancient remains held in cardboard boxes in institutions throughout the country. Details on our site: Support the Repatriation Program.
