Save the HEART of ZEUS

My name is Zeus Alexander C. Kapoor, son of Irene II (Katrina) Cauyao, and was born 10th of November 2017 at La Consolation University Hospital in Bulacan, Philippines.

I was initially diagnosed with Trisonomy 21 and Tetralogy of Fallot with Collaterals.

March 18, 2018 when I was first admitted at Makati Medical Hospital due to Pneumonia, Class D.  March 21, 2018 when I was immediately moved to Pediatric Intensive Care Unit due to difficulty in breathing.  

My Pedia Cardiologist advised my mom that I need to undergo Cardiac Catheterization immediately to identify and diagnose my Congenital Heart Defects which also causes my difficulty in breathing and loss of consciousness.

The funds will greatly help my parents to pay my hospital bills and so i can undergo all this procedure to save this little heart of mine.
