Pls Help w Santi's Medical Expenses

On June 14,  my friend Marina and I were playing with Marina's dog Santiago, when he unexpectedly  chased a ball into the street and was struck by a car. He is currently in the puppy hospital getting ready for surgery.  His hip is shattered and he may need an amputation. The cost is insurmountable , and unfortunately, in combination with student loans, personal medical expenses, and rent, it isn't possible for Marina to pay out of pocket. We don't want to lose Santi. He is a young puppy and has the potential for a great quality of life. 

Marina is a queer, gender non-conforming Latinx individual currently undergoing emergency procedures due to complications with their recent gender affirming/ chest reconstruction surgery. Marina adopted Santi as an emotional support dog in October as a step in their transitional journey. Santi is the sweetest little rescue and has been doing so well in training. Conversely, Santi has rescued Marina from multiple panic attacks and has significantly improved Marina's mental health by simply being their best friend.  It's so sad to imagine losing our baby Santi. Please help in any way you can. Every penny helps! We will do anything to save Santiago.    :-(
