Save our Fire Museum!!

The Regional Firefighters Interpretation Center is non-profit organization where everyone can enjoy, learn and honour our Emergency Services.  This is the only collection of firefighting memorabilia and equipment dedicated mainly to the Halifax Regional Municipality area, in Nova Scotia. We have worked hard for many years to start our collection and to have a place to showcase it to the public. We offer a historically educational and fun destination for children and adults alike.

Unfortunately, we are in danger of closing our doors forever, due to the rising costs of rent and utilities. We have followed numerous avenues to try to increase our funds, advertise our existence, and draw the public to our wonderful little museum in Fall River, Nova Scotia, to no avail.

We have now been forced to put two of our antique fire trucks for sale, because of the rising costs.

We are asking for your help to allow us to keep our home and our collection in one piece. Any donation would be greatly appreciated, and will go directly to the continued operation of the Regional Firefighters Interpretation Center.
