Mortimer needs a Christmas miracle

Saskatchewan Wildlife laws say Mortimer is a protected bird, but farmers are allowed to shoot them.
I found Mortimer on the east side of Saskatoon cold, scared and alone with a broken wing huddled under a pine tree. My family saved him and quickly fell in love with this quirky baby Raven. He has free range of the house and is never kept in a cage. He has a healthy diet of bait minnows and bird seed. He also enjoys sausages and whole grain bread. And really loves my baked spaghetti :-) the RCMP and Conservation officers have told me I have to give him to a vet to be euthanized by Saturday or else I will be issued a $2,000 ticket. And if I refuse can face up to 5 years in prison. I'm trying to raise money in hopes of being able to cover this ticket to continue my fight for mortimer's life and to cover any upcoming legal fees we may have. Your help is greatly appreciated.
Mortimer is part of our family and I'm willing to fight for him I need your help I need all of Canada's help to let Morty live.
