Save Lucky Donkey

I started Lucky Donkey indoor dog park in Edmonton, Alberta in April 2016 in the heart of Old Strathcona. My vision was to create a safe and unique community of loving dog owners. My first year has been filled with ups and downs. The learning curve of running this business has been a steep one! It was difficult in the beginning to gain the exposure that I needed as it was in the start of the summer season. Once winter hit, the concept flew and has been a huge success. I funded the business for the first year and have since run that well dry. There has been a recent hike in rent and this has proven to be a challenge to meet- warmer weather means fewer dogs. I fell behind over the last 2 months and am now at risk of losing everything I have worked so hard for. I need the funds to pay off the outstanding rent immediately and I want to be able to keep the business running throughout the summer months. I want to have more summer time attractions such as a pool to encourage more people to use the space during the upcoming hot days. Business projections are promising, if only Lucky Donkey can make it through this crunch.
My vision has come true. Not only is Lucky Donkey a community, but we have truly created a family. I now need to reach out to my Lucky Donkey family to help keep this magical place alive.  Thank you all for supporting and loving Lucky Donkey as customers, and thank you for any help you can give me now.
