Save Coral Bay Caribbean OASIS

September 22, 2017..... my first look at what was left of my restaurant after two category five hurricanes.  What was supposed to be the opening of our sixth and most promising year, was swept out to sea and  I realized that my dream might be over. With the help and encouragement of friends and volunteers, we cleaned and started rebuilding the OASIS with the goal of opening as soon as possible to feed the workers and locals that remained to help rebuild St. John. We are open now and have many returning customers that support our efforts to remain open, more importantly keeping our employees working.
Every day a new challenge seems to appear and although we are trying to reinvent ourselves to change with the times, it seems IrMaria just keeps knocking us down. Equipment failure, repair expenses, less tourism, local unemployment, drought, high electric costs, no phone service, bad road conditions limiting access for visitors and so on. I tried to make it happen on my own and I thought that because I wasn't sinking,  I must be floating!  But I've realized that without help the OASIS cannot stay open.  
Please donate to help rebuild and keep the Oasis open. I see first hand how strong and quick St. John is recovering with the help of private and government monies. I know we will be a thriving destination once again, but it takes time. OASIS wants to be part of that future....but OASIS needs your help.
