SAVE BIDC - Serving 40 years!

The Big Island Dance Council (BIDC) has been serving the Big Island community delivering 400 -600 dance classes of all kinds to school aged children from pre-school through high school for 43 years! This year the organization must raise $2,000 to match a grant of $4800 to continue bringing joy and the art of movement to our island youth. This matching amount must be raised IMMEDIATELY or the grant will be lost. All the money raised will go to pay Dance Specialists, many of them young, talented dancer/educators. BIDC often reaches out to underserved and low income communities to give them opportunities to experience dance which they might not receive in their regular curriculum. BIDC has served the community well, please give back to them, so they can fulfill their mission! BIDC recently co-sponsored a FREE Arts in the Park event for families in collaboration with other non-profits who believe the arts can save lives!
