Next year would be the Ardmona Football Club’s 100th year! We should be planning celebrations, but instead we are facing extinction..
We are a small struggling Aussie rules footy/netty club with a long and proud history.
Ardmona would have to be the most welcoming club in Australia this year. The club spirit and family club culture remains high, even though the scores are not.
Our club is home.. it's a safe refuge.. and an escape from reality... It's a place you will always find lots of smiles, shoulders to cry on and mates to lift you up.
This year has been hard with the club rooms and ground facilities falling into disrepair. Now we are facing closing down and loosing our place in the league. We need help to lift us up and help us continue our work to provide a safe, happy, healthy outlet for our little community of Ardy Bush Cats.
