It is with heavy hearts that we have to create this page, and i am doing so on behalf of my family. Just recently, my baby cousin Savanah was diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia. For those who are unaware, ALL (acute lymphoblastic leukemia) is a cancer of the blood and bone marrow in which a particular kind of white blood cell is growing out of control.
Although Savanah has been in and out of pain, which seems like her whole life, we never expected this to be her outcome. It is a huge shock to our family, especially to Savanah.
Savanah is 24 years old, with 2 young children,
Harley who is 3 & Emerson who is 1. Savanah is a strong and beautiful woman who doesn’t deserve such a thing. She is so full of life and has a purpose here on this earth.. Due to her cancer & chemo being so aggressive, she will no longer be able to work, for at least 2 years, & will be undergoing chemo for the next. She is currently at U of M in Ann Arbor for at least another month or so, in hopes for the best treatment possible.
As any mother would, Savanah is very stressed out and worried about being able to support her children, her home, & her bills. The last thing we want is her becoming very overwhelmed and have to worry about not being able to provide. We want to make this process as easy as we can for her & her children, without her having to lift a finger. We want her to be able to rest, heal & become stronger than ever to have the strength to kick this cancers butt.
She has stayed calm & humble since being diagnosed, her will power & strength is something out of this world. I admire her for that.. We are hoping to spread her awareness to this cancer and are in hopes that people can make any kind of donation to help her with expenses & medical bills.
Anything will help at this time of need, if you cannot afford it at this time, a prayer & positive thoughts are always appreciated.
We believe in the power of prayer. We believe in the power of God. Lord we know you can put all your power into Savanah’s heart & soul and help her overcome this sickness. Father God we ask that you put your hands over her & guide her in the path for healing. Lift her spirits and her strength, to fight this terrible disease, and free her of all pain. In Jesus name i pray, AMEN!
