Sandi/Kaydyn sofa/sleeper TX

Kaydyn is  a 7 year old boy, he was severely burned in a house fire Feb 19 2017 due to a candle. We spent 10 weeks at the Galveston Shriners hospital having multiple skin grafting surgeries for his face, neck, Chest, both arms and all 10 fingers, his last surgery was done 2 days prior to our discharge for a home (Okla) visit, after his surgery. They released him to come to hotel/apt with me. Sometime in the middle of the night he woke up in pain and went to the sofa/sleeper and laid down, the bandages they covered his head with, called RED SCARLET, which had a red dye that stained the couch permanently. I showed this unfortunate incident to the owner before I left, they want us to pay for it, $1100.00 before the 19th of this month, so he can let other tenants stay there.  My family is financially drained from assisting us in several hotel stays, Food and gas for daily trips to the hospital for his appointments, therapy, ect. for 2 1/2 months.
