Never would I think the day would come where I'd have to make one of these. This gofundme has been created to help cover medical and other expenses for my uncle Samuel. He recently got diagnosed with stage 4 Metastatic Gastric Carcinoma (Terminal Stomach Cancer) and is going through a very rough time.
