CAMPAIGN TEXT
We are Aegonia, an atmospheric/doom metal band from Sofia, Bulgaria. Besides for metal, we also have passion for folklore music, and we combine those styles in our songs "Samodiva" ("Самодива") and "The Maid and the Mountain" ("Ща да ида, майчинко"), for which we already made a music video:
We received a lot of help in crowdfunding the first video and we !!THANK YOU ALL!! (see the previous campaign here: https://gofundme.com/the-maid-and-the-mountin-video/) - much more than we expected, and we sponsored the rest ourselves. Now that we are ready with Episode 1, we are shooting Episode 2 of the story - the song "Samodiva" ("Самодива"). Once again we have chosen a very beautiful and magical location in Bulgaria. We already shot the winter footage for it - you can see a sneekpeak of that at the end of the video above and in the photos.
We are very pleased with the team that made "The Maid and the Mountain" ("Ща да ида, майчинко") - Bore studios - and we will be working with them again.
We want to make the video as good as possible, and that is why we need funding.
We already have some funding of our own, but each and every donation will help us achieve a better video. All the funding will be used for:
- transportation to the chosen locations, where the video will be shot;
- payment to the team of Bore Studios, that will make the video (including: Rental of Equipment, Director, Camera Operator, Drone, Video Montage, Color Grading, etc.);
In case you like the video of "The Maid and the Mountain" ("Ща да ида, майчинко") and want to help us bring Episode 2 to life, please donate an amount of your choice. If you cannot contribute financially, you can still help us a lot by sharing our campaign, so it can reach more people!
