Sally Johnson's Harvey Relief Fund

Just like so many people in the Houston area, my mother lost most everything she owned in the floods brought by Hurricane Harvey. She was less than a week away from closing on the sale of her house, so she could move to Central Texas to avoid these exact situations but unfortunately, it just wasn't soon enough. The house was severely damaged and all she owned that was packed and ready to go was destroyed.

Luckily, Mom had flood insurance to help with the majority of the replacement costs, but being a retired 76 year old single woman makes it extremely difficult to pay the large deductibles that come along with that coverage. Any assistance that you can give, to help us get her back on her feet, would be greatly appreciated!
