Amy’s road to recovery
Donation protected
On Saturday morning, Amy, was taken to the hospital via ambulance for a seizure. When she arrived doctors determined that she had a stroke causing a brain aneurysm. She was transported to OSF in Peoria, Illinois, where they determined that she had a brain aneurysm in her posterior communicating artery. Late Saturday night, neurologists, placed an external ventricular drain (EVD). This helps by draining excess fluid on her brain. Sunday morning, Amy will be sent off to surgery to have the aneurysm clipped. She has a long hospital stay and recovery ahead of her. At this time, we know that she will be off of work for months. These donations will help offset the costs of medical bills and her house payment during her time in recovery. No one should have to worry about how they will pay for their bills during such a critical time. Please keep Amy in your prayers during her road to recovery.
